This property has 2 bedrooms, one of which contains a queen bed, small desk, smart TV, and an ensuite. The other bedroom contains a king bed, that can be split into singles upon request, with a large built in wardrobe.

There is a sunny open plan kitchen/living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa, smart TV, and a heat pump/aircon. The other bathroom in the property also houses the laundry facilities.

There is also a large deck with patio furniture and a grassed area, with breath-taking views of the River Derwent and Mount Wellington mountain range.

We provide freshly laundered towels and linen for each guest, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide pantry basics, tea, coffee, and some milk to get you started.

Please note, to access the apartment, you will need to descend a set of stairs and walk down a gravel path. The apartment is regretfully unsuitable for wheelchair access. You may wish to consider this when booking for elderly guests too.
